What can you do to help?

(1) ... throws stuff away

Challenge: manufacturing in quantities in the thousands, probably
not more than 10,000 initially, of a 4"-5" diameter white disk with
with a thickness of about 1/8" and a hole near one edge printed
monochrome (blue) on one side. Disk and printing need to be able
to withstand outside weather. So I'm thinking some kinda plastic ... maybe
there's a round plastic medallion store somewhere.

(2) ... pushes the big ring and ... runs around

Challenge: preferably not using Flash, but just bone-simple HTML, CSS, and
javascript, create an interface that allows user to mouse along
a route on a 2D map and see in separate window see what a person traversing
that route would actually see. There's the web coding part of the challenge
and then the video processing (not shooting ... that's done) part of the challenge.
You can help with either or both. And if you can do it in Flash, I'd like to
hear anyway. It's just that you'd really have to do everything, because I don't
know from Flash.

Here's what I don't need: responses to these challenges that begin with
"You could ...", "You should ...", "You might wanna think about ...", "Have
you tried ...", "You're gonna need to ...", "You'll get the best results
if you ..."

What I could really use is responses that begin with: "I can ...", "I'm willing to ...,"
"I'm gonna ask this guy I know to ...," "That wheel has already
been invented and here's how to adapt your challenge to that wheel ...,"
"If you can spec out this here aspect of things, then I can help you ...,"
